By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms described herein.

You will agree here to the policy of using the art for personal, non-profit purposes unless otherwise stated, and provide all image credits to me.

Violators will be added to my blacklist indefinitely and without warning.

You, the Client, must read my TOS first and understand my general Commission Prices.

You, the Client, may display my work on external sites as long as it is visibly credited and linked to me.

You’re NOT authorized to ask me to draw in a different style. I will not draw in a different style, please only commission me if you like my art style.

You may use the Artwork for personal use including but not limited to: avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays.

You may not claim my work as your own.

You, the Client, should always be clear when giving your commission details to me so we avoid any type of miscommunication that may lead to dissatisfaction with your final result. You may point out any part you don’t want or want to change on the sketch phase.

You, the Client, must provide clear references and details regarding your commission. You are only entitled to 2 free-of-charge major changes during the sketch phase. Any additional major changes during the sketch phase (or in later phases) will incur an additional fee.

Minor changes can be requested throughout all phases of my art process. Minor changes can include, tone changes, small adjustments to the background/character.

Both major and minor changes are applicable to all of my commission artwork types.

I reserve the right to post your finished artwork on my social media.

I reserve the right to decline any commission without a detailed explanation.

When providing a reference for your character with a color palette section, I can adjust the colors/tone very slightly to suit my style. Even though it is a very minor change, if you want me to strictly use your colors, please notify me before I get into the coloring phase.

As an artist, my art is constantly improving and I'm always learning. Sometimes there may be changes in small things from my art, like line art technique, different coloring methods, or simply improvements in the anatomy of your character(s). If you are not comfortable with slight changes, then please reconsider if you want to commission me.

If you, the Client, wish to order a commission for Commercial Use, the total price of the commission, as well as any other royalties, will be agreed upon upfront.

The artwork must be credited in all tiers.

The price rate is increased from the base price settled.

I will contact you once I am ready to start the artwork.

If your character is extremely detailed, I have the right to charge an extra fee to include these details. This fee will be stated before proceeding with the payment, and you can request to make changes to your commission request (eg. change the character or agree to simplify the design) before the payment.

I will provide a rough sketch of the requested commission before any payment.

Once all the details are discussed and the sketch is approved by you and me, I will send you an invoice. You need to confirm the payment with me before I proceed with the artwork.

I will only accept EUR (‘Euros’) via PayPal as payment. You are responsible for making currency conversions.

You, the Client, will pay for the commission in full upon receipt of an invoice from the Artist.

Paying in any other way (not agreed upon nor discussed previously with no invoice sent) is automatically considered a donation.

The purchase made by the Client is for digital artwork only (i.e., no physical or shippable items, such as prints).

Payment of the invoice sent by me implies the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Refunds are not allowed for commissioned artwork unless agreed upon by you, the Client, and me, the Artist, under specific circumstances. I, the Artist, will make a reasonable effort to address any concerns or issues raised regarding the matter.

You are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.

If for any reason your PayPal account malfunctions or authorizes a refund request without your knowledge, you must contact me as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

Purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/refund a project will result in immediate blacklisting for you as well as your email address, and anyone sharing your PayPal account, including side accounts.

I usually take up to 1-2 days to respond to your initial order inquiry.

Depending on the artwork, I can take from 4 days to 6 weeks to complete the piece.

You reserve the right to set a deadline for your commission. This deadline must be disclosed before the payment as I may have to add a rush fee if the deadline is too unrealistic for me to complete.

If you did not alert me to a deadline, you must not send reminders until the extra week's buffer period has passed. I will notify you about this rule if you send me any reminders about the deadline.

I will work on commissions as soon as I have everything set and clarified.

You reserve the right to be notified of any delays.

Each time I send a WIP to a client, I ask the client to provide feedback to me.

I will not redraw a completed commission unless payment is received for a second order.

The responsibility is on you to ensure your order contains the details you want me to follow.

In the absence of feedback from the customer, any changes to the final piece will be subject to a fee.

Rush fees are at least + 25% of the commission. Fees might vary depending on the project and the time frame provided.

Dates provided are subject to change, details are to be discussed should the client have set dates.

Once the artwork is completed, I will send you a full resolution of the artwork as well as a version without a watermark.

You, the Client, must credit me instead, in case, you post my artwork that has no watermark on it.
